Dear Vendor,

Events Everlasting is excited to invite you to participate as a vendor in our annual Farmers Market! The first couple years have had great success and are well-received by the community.  We are excited to continue providing this to the community and dedicated to making this a success!

We will be hosting the Farmers Markets on Sundays. The dates are June 14th, June 28th, July 12th, July 26th, August 9th, August 23rd, September 6th, September 20th, and October 4th from 10am-1pm

Set-Up 8am-9:45am

• Merchandise, tents, tables, canopies, racks or whatever you will be using must be unloaded at your space prior to 9:45am

• All vehicles must be parked away from the market (unless it’s part of your setup) by 9:45am. We use the parking area in front of Amazing Low Prices. Please communicate with us if your vehicle is part of your setup.

• Please park in the plaza kiddy corner from us to allow alley parking for our visitors.

• Booth size is 10x10 with some buffer space between each spot. Please let us know if you require more than 1 space.

Miscellaneous 

• All money earned the day of the event will be yours. Ensure you’ve brought your own change/cash for purchases. We recommend also having signage out stating if you will accept Venmo/Paypal or cards.

• The markets are outdoor events. As long as it is not severe weather (thunderstorms, hail, tornados, etc.) we will continue as planned. Please be sure to bring tents and weights for those windy days. Any delays or cancellations will be done via text message by 6am.

• Electricity is very limited. If you require electricity a generator is a must. Please be sure if the generator is loud that it is set up away from the other booths and/or covered.

• Vendors are expected to stay in their assigned location unless approved by management. 

Take Down 1pm

• Takedown WILL NOT be allowed prior to 1pm. Please do not pull your vehicle over until you are packed up and ready to leave.

Pricing:

• 1 Day-$20

• 5 Days-$18 each, $90 total

• All 9 days-$16 each, $144 total

• No refunds
