Art on The Farm Vendor Information

Location:425 E Fairview Dr, New London, WI 54961
Setup: 9am-10:45 (MUST be setup by 10:45)
Event Start: 11am
End: 4pm (cannot take down early)

 

Booth Details:

·      Booth Size-10’x10’

·      Total Number of booths available: 50

·      No electricity available and must provide own generator if needed

·      Event is outdoors and must bring your own canopy

·      Booth is $30

·      Artist must be on site

To maintain the quality of the event we ask that all interested vendors submit at least three (3) pictures of your artwork. There is also a $10 non-refundable application fee to have your art considered. If your art is selected, we will apply the application fee toward the final balance. Please fill out the form below and make payment via cash or check in person or mail to 509 W. Jury Entry Deadline: Sunday, June 1st 2025, midnight CST. Application payment is required to qualify for the show.
All vendors will be contacted by June 16th with the committees’ decision

Vendor Setup & Tear Down

Vendors can setup their booth from 9am-10:45 day of the event and must be ready by 10:45. The booths may not be taken down until 4pm day of. Vendors are required to clean up all debris from their booth spaces when they leave. Vendors should be prepared and fully stocked for the event. We suggest having plenty of cash change available along with a way to accept card payments.

New London Rotary and Thern Farm will not be liable for injuries to, or loss or damage to the property of the vendor, employees, agents, guests, or attendees during this event, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, fire, smoke, water from any source, electric failure, or defects in booths, tents or other equipment.

Cancellation

Should New London Rotary find it necessary to cancel, New London Rotary agrees to refund all money paid by the vendor within 30 days of cancellation.

 

Additional Rules

·      Booths must be staffed by vendors at all times

·      Smoking is not allowed on Thern Farm property

·      New London Rotary reserves the right to remove any vendor or participant from the 2025 Art on the Farm event and future events for unacceptable behavior and/or noncompliance with the rules and procedures.

·      Items sold that may cause injury to fair goers (i.e. items with sharp or pointed edges) should be wrapped before leaving the vendors booth.
